Petro Min Engineers where contracted to review the electrical requirements for the addition of several process plant upgrades to the Port Gregory wet plant.
Due to space constraints the loads where unable to be added to existing MCC’s or switchboards and a new MCC was required.
The new MCC 04 was installed in a new switch room with a PLC rack and space for a future server room was included.
MCC 02 was then transferred to be fed from MCC 04 so that additional HV connections and transformers would not be required.
