Peterborough Grid Connected Solar Farm
Petro Min Engineers performed the electrical engineering and controls design for the 5.6 MWatt DC and 5 MVA AC Peterborough Solar Farm.
This design included an interface with South Australian Power Networks to the solar inverters and 33kV substation protection system.
The detailed design of the DC systems cabling and installation details, the SMA inverter substation, site general arrangement, network design and the 33kV medium voltage cabling and switchgear were all within Petro Min Engineers scope.
